np77 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Defined terms appear in bold on their first substantive use within each section.

The np77 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for all online casino operations licensed or aligned with Philippine regulatory standards. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. np77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be underage.

np77 is operated for players in the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. np77 may use technical and procedural means to restrict access from prohibited territories.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must also:

• Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of np77 or its affiliates.
• Not be a person who has been self-excluded from np77 or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party.
• Register only one (1) Account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

np77 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before permitting withdrawals and, in some cases, certain deposit thresholds. You agree to promptly provide any documentation requested by np77's KYC team, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where applicable. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by np77 may result in Account suspension and/or delay of withdrawals.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the np77 Platform. Where np77 identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual (whether registered under the same or different personal details), np77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all bets placed through those Accounts, and forfeit all balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. np77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify np77 immediately via the contact details provided.

All np77 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). np77 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. All displayed balances, wager amounts, and payout values are in PHP.

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) calendar months shall be deemed inactive. np77 reserves the right to impose an administrative fee on inactive accounts or to close them after providing reasonable advance notice to the email address registered on the Account. Any Real-Money Balance remaining in a closed inactive Account will be subject to the procedures set out in applicable Philippine regulations.

np77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt by np77's payment systems. GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed instantly; bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱50. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed in under 15 minutes on average. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during Philippine banking hours. np77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

np77 is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), as amended. Deposits accepted by np77 must be from payment sources in the Player's own name. np77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits, suspicious transactions, or patterns of play that may indicate money laundering, and to report such activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

np77 may from time to time offer Bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the applicable number of times before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are detailed in specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Only winnings derived from bonus funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement may be withdrawn, subject to any maximum withdrawal cap specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse: np77 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting software errors, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to drain bonus value, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts.

np77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are for entertainment purposes and do not constitute guaranteed financial benefits.

All np77 games that use a random number generator (RNG) operate using certified, independently audited RNG systems. Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, or wheels operated in real time by human dealers in licensed studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, np77's server records shall be the definitive record of game outcomes. If a Player believes a game result is incorrect, they must notify np77 within 72 hours of the relevant game session. np77 will investigate the matter and notify the Player of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event of a technical malfunction, power failure, or network disruption during a game session, np77 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund any bets placed. np77 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical issues outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to the Player's own internet connection or device failure.

All games offered on the np77 Platform have a theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage and associated house edge. RTP ranges for game categories are disclosed on the Platform. Individual game RTPs are available from the respective game provider's documentation accessible within the game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the np77 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Multi-accounting — registering or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Collusion — cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of automated software — employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Arbitrage and advantage play targeted at exploiting promotional terms or mathematical errors in bonus structures.
• Chargebacks — initiating payment reversals through your bank, GCash, or Maya after funds have been credited to and used within your np77 Account.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to launder funds of illegal origin in contravention of Philippine AMLA.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any point of interaction with np77.
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.

np77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its Players. The following provisions govern np77's responsible gaming framework:

Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, and wagering limits through Account Settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.

Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the np77 Platform at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, np77 will use reasonable technical and operational means to prevent login and marketing communications to the excluded Account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their specified duration.

np77 reserves the right to impose deposit limits, bet limits, or other restrictions on any Account where np77's responsible gaming monitoring systems identify patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling, irrespective of whether the Player has voluntarily requested such limits.

All content on the np77 Platform — including but not limited to the np77 name and logo, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of np77 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of np77.

Third-party game content (including game names, artwork, and mechanics) is the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is used under license. All rights are reserved by the respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, np77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real-Money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the cause of action arose.

np77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gaming losses arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Technical malfunctions, network failures, or force majeure events outside np77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Game outcomes, jackpot amounts, or promotional results that do not meet a Player's expectations.
• Actions taken by np77 in accordance with these Terms, including Account suspension or closure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit np77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

np77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, np77 may forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited activity.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting np77 support. Before closure, you must withdraw any Real-Money Balance from your Account. Bonus funds and promotional credits are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure. Account closure does not discharge any outstanding obligations owed to np77.

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by np77 or by the Player — your license to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12) shall continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to np77's customer support team for resolution. If not resolved within 30 calendar days, the matter shall be referred to mediation in accordance with applicable Philippine rules.

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and to the oversight of PAGCOR where matters fall within its regulatory competence.

np77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. np77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of material changes via the email address registered on your Account, but is not obligated to do so for minor or non-material updates.
