Responsible Gaming at np77 — Playing Smart, Playing Safe

At np77, we genuinely believe that gambling should be entertainment — not a source of stress, financial hardship, or family conflict. Every Filipino player on our platform deserves access to tools, information, and support that help keep it that way. This page explains how np77 approaches responsible gaming, what tools are available in your account, and where to find help if you or someone close to you needs it.

21+

21+ Only. np77 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This is a PAGCOR requirement — no exceptions.

21+ Policy

Age Restriction & Verification

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) mandates that all online casino platforms operating in the Philippines require players to be a minimum of 21 years of age. This is not a guideline — it is a legal requirement, and np77 enforces it without exception.

When you register an np77 account, you declare that you are 21 or older. Before you can make your first withdrawal — and in many cases before certain deposit thresholds are reached — our KYC team will ask you to verify your identity and age using a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, and Philippine passport.

If we identify an underage user on our platform, the account is immediately closed, all balances are forfeited, and the incident is documented in accordance with PAGCOR reporting requirements. There are no exceptions. np77 takes seriously its responsibility to protect young people from gambling harm.

Underage Gambling is Illegal in the Philippines. Under PAGCOR regulations, facilitating gambling for anyone under 21 is a serious offense. If you know of an underage person accessing online gambling platforms, please report it to PAGCOR directly.

Protection Tools

np77 Responsible Gaming Tools

These tools are built into every np77 account. They are accessible from your Account Settings dashboard at any time — no waiting, no approval process, no questions asked.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once your limit is reached, the np77 deposit system will decline further attempts until the period resets. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory 48-hour waiting period before activation — giving you time to reconsider.

Loss Limits

Cap how much you can lose across a defined period. Loss limits are calculated from your net wagering results — not gross bets. When your loss ceiling is reached within the set window, further wagering is paused until the period renews. Like deposit limits, reductions are immediate and increases are delayed.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum continuous playing session. You'll receive an alert at 75% of your limit and a firm session end at 100%. This tool is especially useful for live casino and extended slot sessions — formats where time can pass unnoticed. Your session history is always visible in Account Settings.

Reality Check Reminders

Set timed reminders — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes — that pause your session and display a summary of time played and net result. You choose whether to continue or stop. These reminders interrupt the flow of play intentionally, giving you a moment of perspective during active sessions.

Activity History

Your full wagering history, session-by-session results, deposit and withdrawal logs, and monthly spend summaries are available from your np77 dashboard at any time. Seeing your actual numbers — not how you feel about them — is one of the most effective responsible gaming tools available.

Marketing Opt-Out

Opt out of bonus offers, promotional SMS, email marketing, and push notifications at any time from your Communication Preferences settings. This removes the nudge to play that promotional messaging can create. You can re-enable marketing communications at any time when you feel comfortable doing so.

Limit Settings

Understanding Your Limit Options

All limits are fully configurable and persist across sessions, devices, and game types. You can adjust them at any time — with the intentional delay on increases designed to prevent impulsive decisions.

Available
Daily Limit

Resets every 24 hours from the time of last deposit. Best for players who want day-by-day control.

Available
Weekly Limit

Covers Monday to Sunday. Resets at 00:01 on Monday (Philippine Time). Reduces over-spending across the full week.

Available
Monthly Limit

Covers the calendar month. Resets on the 1st of each month (PHT). Ideal for budget planning over longer periods.

Available
Custom Period

Set a limit over a rolling custom number of days (e.g., 14 days or 45 days). Flexible for personal budgeting cycles.

Important: Limit reductions take effect immediately with no delay. Limit increases require a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before activation. This design is intentional — if you're having second thoughts about an increase request, you can cancel it within those 48 hours from Account Settings. np77 will not fast-track limit increase requests under any circumstances.

Self-Exclusion

Take a Break — Self-Exclusion at np77

Self-exclusion is a firm commitment to stop gambling for a defined period — or permanently. It is the most serious responsible gaming tool np77 offers, and it is available to any player at any time without requiring justification or explanation. You don't need to be in crisis to use it. Many players use self-exclusion as a planned break — a way to reset their relationship with gambling.

When you self-exclude on np77, your account is immediately suspended. You will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or receive marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period. All active sessions are terminated. Pending withdrawals of your real-money balance will be processed normally to your registered payment method.

np77 offers exclusion periods from 24 hours to permanent account closure. A permanent self-exclusion is irreversible — it cannot be undone. Temporary exclusions have a mandatory lockout period before any reinstatement request is considered, and even then, the decision to reinstate requires documented cooling-off confirmation.

Permanent Self-Exclusion Cannot Be Reversed. If you choose permanent exclusion, your account will be closed and no reinstatement will be accepted under any circumstances. This is by design — to protect players who have decided gambling is not right for them.

Problem Gambling

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually — it doesn't always look like a crisis from the outside, and from the inside it can be hard to recognise. These are the most common warning signs that gambling may be causing harm. They apply to your own behaviour and to people you care about.

Chasing losses. Continuing to gamble in order to win back money already lost. The belief that "one more session" will fix the balance.

Gambling beyond your means. Spending more than you can afford to lose; using money set aside for rent, groceries, bills, or family needs.

Hiding gambling activity. Being secretive about how much time or money is spent gambling; lying to family members about losses.

Unable to stop or take breaks. Feeling compelled to keep playing even when you want to stop; failed attempts to cut back.

Gambling affects your mood and health. Feeling restless, irritable, anxious, or depressed when not gambling; using gambling to escape stress or problems.

Borrowing money to gamble. Taking loans, using credit cards, or borrowing from family and friends specifically to fund gambling activity.

Neglecting responsibilities. Missing work, skipping family obligations, or neglecting health and personal responsibilities due to time spent gambling.

Healthy Gaming

Healthy Gaming Habits

Gambling is entertainment — and like all entertainment, it is best enjoyed with intention and boundaries. These habits are what responsible np77 players consistently practise. They keep the game enjoyable and in its proper place.

Set a budget before you start. Decide in advance how much you're comfortable spending on entertainment this session — and treat that as the total, not a starting point.

Never gamble with money you can't afford to lose. Gambling is not an investment strategy. The house edge means the platform wins over time — your gaming budget should reflect this clearly.

Use the tools np77 provides. Set deposit limits before you play, not after you've exceeded what you planned. Proactive limits work. Reactive ones often come too late.

Take regular breaks. Step away from the screen regularly. Use np77's session timer. What feels like 30 minutes in a live casino lobby is often much longer.

Don't gamble when stressed, upset, or tired. Emotional states affect decision-making. If you've had a rough day at work or an argument at home, gambling is not the reset you're looking for.

Balance gambling with other activities. Gambling should be one of many leisure activities — not the primary way you unwind. Maintaining hobbies, social connections, and other interests keeps it in proportion.

Check your activity history regularly. Your np77 dashboard shows your actual spend and session data. Looking at real numbers once a week keeps your gambling behaviour grounded in reality, not perception.

Self-Assessment

PAGCOR also maintains responsible gaming resources for Philippine players.

PAGCOR & Compliance

np77's PAGCOR-Aligned Responsible Gaming Framework

PAGCOR — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation — is the government body responsible for regulating gambling in the Philippines. PAGCOR sets minimum standards for player protection, responsible gaming, and age verification that all legitimate online casino operators serving Filipino players are expected to meet.

np77's responsible gaming framework is designed to be aligned with PAGCOR's published standards for online gaming platforms. This includes our mandatory age verification (21+), self-exclusion infrastructure, deposit limit mechanisms, and responsible gaming messaging requirements. We take these obligations seriously — not because they are mandated, but because they represent the right way to operate a gaming platform for Filipino players.

PAGCOR maintains its own responsible gaming resources and player support infrastructure for the Philippine market. If you have concerns about a licensed gambling operator in the Philippines, or if you need support beyond what np77 can provide, we encourage you to contact PAGCOR directly.
